TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A £40 Search / Service fee will be charged to all professional picture buyers when they request a search for a particular image or images. If choosing and requesting the right to publish an image shown on this website then no Search / Service fee will be charged.

We charge a minimum publishing fee for any image of £120 (regardless of print run/size printed)

High res images will only be sent once the Publishing Fee and Publishing Rights have been agreed.

Picture buyers having agreed terms to publish images – have no secondary publishing or syndication rights.

Having agreed publishing terms – payment will be due 30 days from date of invoice.
